Our Haunted Island: Paranormal Phenomena on the North Shore of Staten Island has stories of the supernatural which range from the colonial period to the modern day. They are not strictly limited to "ghost stories", but include some tales of suspected witches on Staten Island, appearances of the Devil, and perspective on the general historical climate in which the tales of witches and demons were set.
Our Haunted Island: Spirits of the South Shore of Staten Island contains many of Staten Island's better-known ghost stories and hauntings, including information about the varied supernatural activity in and around Tottenville's Conference House. This book features several maps showing the historical locations of haunted swamps and other areas of reputed paranormal activity in the "cone" of southern Staten Island.
The third book in the Our Haunted Island series, which is forthcoming, will be dedicated to stories about Staten Islanders' close encounters with alien entities, UFOs, and unusual creatures.
